What is your returns policy?
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
You can return your Diycam to the Company within a week; (07) days of delivery by placing a “Cancel Order” request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will only be accepted for unused product(s) and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of CANCEL ORDER request. Products must be returned in brand new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, scratch card, freebies and accessories.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Diycam in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint / return.
All eligible refunds against Cancellation or Returns of Orders will be subject to deduction of 2.5% Transaction Fee of the Product Price paid, to cover Banking, Transaction charges and Surcharges. Additionally, Diycam will deduct Rs. 200/- to cover Shipping and Handling Charges and the balance would be refunded to you. By requesting a refund the company is given to understand that you agree to the charges and terms set forth herewith.
All refunds will be completed within 7-21 working days via a reversal or payment to your account or via cheque, depending on the current circumstances as determined by Diycam.
The cost for returning the package must be borne by you.
Can I return part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was based on the total cost of my purchase?
Yes, you can.
What happens if I want to return a product that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Offer or a Bundle Promo?
In such cases, you will have to return all the items that were part of the promotion. Once we receive all the items, we will issue your refund to your bank account or Credit Card as the case may be, or issue a Credit Voucher, if you opted for Cash on Delivery.
What if I want to return part of an order that came with a www.techfinder.in voucher?
Whether you return your order partially or fully, your www.techfinder.in voucher will be cancelled. You will however, receive a refund for your return.
If you’ve already spent your Voucher, the value of the voucher will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
We’re sorry, we do not offer this facility at the moment. You can always return the product and use your refund to make new purchases on www.techfinder.in
If I pay for my order with a Debit or Credit Card, how long will it take to process my refund?
It takes four to five business days to receive the returned item and perform a quality check.
We will then take two business days to issue the refund.
Your bank or card issuer may take a further two to 15 days to process the transaction. Get in touch with them to know more.
I paid for my order with Cash on Delivery. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?
We’re sorry, we do not offer cash refunds when you return Cash on Delivery purchases. We’ll be happy to issue a Credit Voucher for the full value of your return. Credit Vouchers are single-use vouchers valid for 90 days from the date of issue, which can be redeemed against purchases on www.techfinder.in.
If a Credit Voucher is used towards a purchase that costs less than the value of the voucher, you lose the balance amount of the voucher. So make sure you get your money’s worth.
I paid for an order using only a Credit Voucher, and then cancelled the order. Can I use the Credit Voucher again?
Sure, call us on +91 9016 711 363 with the cancellation details and we’ll issue a fresh Credit Voucher for the same amount.
I paid for part of my order using a Credit Voucher, and requested to pay the balance using Cash on Delivery. I cancelled the order before it arrived. How will my refund be processed?
We will issue a fresh Credit Voucher for the same amount as your existing one. Your new Credit Voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue, and you can use it to shop on www.techfinder.in
I paid for part of my order using a Credit Voucher and the rest with a Debit or Credit Card, and then cancelled the order before it was dispatched. How is my refund processed?
We will issue a fresh Credit Voucher for the same value as your existing Credit Voucher, valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The rest of your payment will be refunded to your Debit or Credit Card.
